As geopolitical tensions escalate in Eastern Europe, the heads of state from Belarus and Russia have convened to deliberate on their strategic alliance. This meeting follows the positioning of Russian aircraft in Belarus and the conduct of joint military drills, raising apprehensions about Belarus's involvement in the Ukraine conflict steered by Putin.
