Corus International Mobilizes Emergency Response to Devastating Texas Flooding
Donations now being accepted to help families affected by catastrophic flooding

WASHINGTON, D.C., July 17, 2026 — Corus International is mobilizing an emergency response to support families affected by catastrophic flooding across Texas, where torrential rainfall has inundated communities, triggered dangerous flash flooding and forced hundreds of emergency rescues. Donations are now being accepted to help provide life-saving assistance as the disaster continues to unfold.

As floodwaters continue to rise, humanitarian needs are expected to include emergency shelter, safe drinking water, food assistance, hygiene supplies, direct financial assistance and support for families displaced by the flooding.

During last summer’s flooding in Texas, Corus International and its partners delivered critical emergency supplies within 12 hours of the disaster, helping families meet urgent needs in the immediate aftermath. As the response continued, the organization supported emergency shelters and provided direct financial assistance to families affected by the floods. Building on that experience, Corus International is preparing to respond once again as communities face another devastating flood emergency.
