Globally, education funding is declining while the number of out-of-school children continues to rise. For many of the most vulnerable girls, the barriers to education — poverty, early marriage, and household obligations — are intensifying. At the same time, digital technology is creating new capacity to reach learners who have historically been excluded.  '

Corus International is responding to this challenge through a data-driven model that combines digital infrastructure with structured human support. Our approach identifies the most at-risk learners, addresses the specific barriers they face, and maintains their engagement with education — at scale. 

Rather than accepting a trade-off between reaching the most marginalized and achieving broad impact, our approach demonstrates both are achievable. By leveraging real-time data and integrated digital systems, we deliver Cash+ support and personalized case management efficiently, ensuring resources reach the girls who need them most.
