We use purpose-built technology to monitor school attendance, identify out-of-school girls, and provide monthly cash transfers, so girls can afford an education.
And we address non-financial barriers to school attendance by connecting girls and their families with services and support so they can better care for themselves.

Where We Work
We work in Sierra Leone, a country where nearly half of women have never attended school. Of the girls who make it to school, nearly 30% drop out by age 12. They are often forced into early marriage, child labor or worse.
